Getting through your big checkup scans during pregnancy and the excitement of bringing a little life into the world, definitely pushes any thoughts out the way that you may face a very different journey to what you expect. We soon learnt that our journey with our little girl would be remarkably different to that of other parents. As hard a journey it has been at times and will continue to be, Emily has completely taken stolen our hearts and made us feel love that we never imagined before…
